Text height:
a. An approximate height may be chosen for a logo.
b. We do not suggest the use of size 4 or smaller.
c. Generally, the height is in terms of upper case
   letters, with lower case proportional in size.
d. Different computer screen resolutions may not
   render the same visual display results.
